While in college in Oahu, HI, I went through a major transformation. After mental hardships and physical health complications, I ended up going through a long, hard journey of self-discovery and self-improvement (one I’m still on and that’s certainly never-ending). From changes in my diet and nutrition, reading books and listening to many podcasts, reconnecting with myself through connecting with nature, and swapping out my harmful products for non-toxic alternatives, I’ve learned that true health and wellness combines the mind, body, and soul.
I’ve also gained a passion for being more environmentally conscious because the climate crisis is very real, and it’s happening NOW. I started this “blog” because I felt overwhelmed by the amount of information out there and wanted to create a hub of resources, recommendations, and an overall community for people who want to create better and healthier versions of themselves and a better and healthier planet. It’s time to start paying attention to the beautiful blue marble we live on, and it’s time to start paying attention to how we care for ourselves; mind, body, and soul.

Research
I know there’s so much information out there, it can feel overwhelming! I’ll do my best to share articles and other research that I find helpful and informative to aid you in your wellness and activism journey. Product recommendations
While I’m no expert on non-toxic and sustainable products, I have found lots of great alternatives to everyday products that you may not even know are harmful to both you and the environment. Trust me when I say you’ll feel better knowing what your putting on your body or in your home isn’t toxic.
